simultaneous scale-rotate
When positioning objects in current view, you often want to align one to another so you move, scale, rotate, see that's not it, move, rotate, scale again and again before it fits. But in image editors this complication is long gone: they can do it at the same time! Well, without moving, but even scale-rotate makes things much much easier.
The algorithm is simple: the tool scales object when the mouse pointer moves along distance to pivot point and rotates it when the pointer moves around the point. The same as each respective tools, but simultaneously.
First I thought of doing this with python, but it seems to require ogl functions and be not such an easy stuff. May be much more efficient in native code and be naturally displayed as a lock between buttons "scale" and "rotate" located next to each other. Wouldn't it be very useful and easy to implement?
