Poly Draw Retopology System
Along with the new sculpting capabilities of Blender 2.81, I think it would be fantastic if we had a dedicated Poly Draw or Retopology system. I've seen some videos revolving around retopology, but they involve selecting edges, pressing E to extrude, moving the edge, and then selecting the individual vertices to move them around.
In a dedicated mode, we could have the left mouse click specifically draw out more polygons or edges, and have it conform to a selected mesh, similar to the current method. Using different combinations of Ctrl, Alt, and Shift, we could drag out edges, drag out entire polygons from corners, and position vertices and edge loops as needed.

We just need the polybuild tool to work like this:

* @ThinkingPolygons * Yup polytool will need these improvements to get better.
I would need retopology tools that 3D-coat and topogun has: youtu.be/BRzsRe8L6Ys especially this stroke tool function (crossing/intersecting strokes generating quads.). youtu.be/1k7zZq1VAIs also relax/smooth tools with surface projection sure is must.
This also looks pretty nice: igl.ethz.ch/projects/patch-quad/ but see better to have basic retopotools first and easy baking (multires - LOD baking, normal, displacement etc.).
Topogun is also good example from good semi-automatic manual workflow for retopology working. youtu.be/MHkb43fQGME
very cool!
