Change values for all selected elements by default, without holding Alt

This is really stupid that only ACTIVE ELEMENT from selection is afected when you enter values in Transform Panel. and you need to hold Alt for all the elements! Also its stupid cause you can't for example clear or delete keyframes for a Specific * rotation or location or scale for all the objects at once! it's anoing and not proffesional.. just make Alt to work only for active element instead, and by default it to be for all the selected elements.
