More conspicuous HIDE and ISOLATE warnings

To reduce confusion, HIDE and ISOLATE states should have a conspicuous UI flag, preferably in a very contrasty color, rather than, in Isolate's case, a tiny little "Local" text buried in a cluttered interface.

Hidden and Isolated states should maybe/optionally be flagged on load: that is, when a .blend file is loaded, the UI would give the user a " hedzup! *" and the option to turn off all Hidden and Isolated flags. "A day later" or "the next morning" is the time most people would forget which items they've Hidden or Isolated.

In adobe Illustrator when you enter isolation mode a bar appears at the top of the viewport with a back button, the name of the current layer (collection), and the name of the current object (you can have multiple objects selected and go into isolation mode).

The layers panel (outliner) also changes to say "Isolation Mode" and only lists the objects that are currently in the isolation mode.

I don't often do many scenes that have a lot of objects. What I would like is the ability to replace isolation mode with a toggle for "in front" viewport display option.
