Particle System small additions

i am making some structures using particle systems, instancing objects in place of particles.

there are two additions to the particle system that would help my workflow a lot:

a. separate random size (and maybe separate size) for each axis in Particle System>Render

b. a tick button that enables all orthogonal phases (instead of just one Phase for all particles) in in Particle System>Rotation for example, for a Phase setting of 0, by clicking that ortho tick button, you get phase -0.5 or 0 or 0.5 or 1

i can provide more info about these and explain more if necessary. it would be awesome if someone could implement those additions, or maybe someone could help me implement them? i am currently going through : wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Doc/Building_Blender/Windows

any help would be much appreciated. thanks.

Simple mock-ups would be a help here. Show where you would add these attributes and check boxes in Blender's interface. Then also include images of what the particles would look like when changing these values.

@Jason van Gumster: is it better now?

@aombkappa: Tweaked it to show the images inline, but I think that helps, yes.
