Default Startup File Outliner Restriction Toggle Visibility

Apologies if this feedback has already been mentioned. I teach Blender to people of varying skills including beginners. One of the things I always have to explain is how to enable the Outliner restriction toggle for 'Disable in Renders'. This used to default to be enabled before 2.8. I think it would be more intuitive to leave it enabled in the default Blender startup file, it seems to consistently confuse beginner users when things they think they've disabled show up in their renders.
