UI: Secondary menu UI adjustment idea

Hi all,

This is really subtle but thought the second menu that pops up sometimes (ie: "File/Defaults/Save Startup File") felt a little odd.

Thought I'd give an adjustment that would be simple and not too much of a departure so potentially easier to implement.

See attached for current and suggested phases of the interaction - the idea is that instead of closing the window and opening a new one, it instead EXPANDS the current menu with the save button (as well as an added cancel button).

There's an alternative on the bottom that doesn't keep the initial "Save Startup File" which probably feels cleaner.
