Bring back selection of both handles of curves

In 4.0 when selecting curve points only main point gets selected, while handles are not selected, which creates small inconvenience, that nonethless - slows down workflow by requring selecting handles manually every time you need to attach point to hook or move point to cursor. I don't know why it's done, but i propose:

1. Just bring this functionality back;
2. Add additional button combination with which you can select point with handles (ctrl + click for example)
