Weight Paint mode: Ctrl to switch to Subtract blend mode
In Sculpt mode, pressing Ctrl allows you to switch to the opposite effect of the brush.
In Weight Paint mode, most of the time we use the Mix blending mode, it would make sense to be able to switch to Subtract blending mode with a simple Ctrl as well, rather than being forced to do it in the T panel.
And why not Shift to switch to Blur! Again, it would make sense...

True - subtract too hidden. Texture paint mode needs something like this too
* @ViAdvena * yes, in Blender you get some automatisms, like the Ctrl for invert effect in Sculpt mode or Shift to smooth, then when you're in Weight Paint mode or other modes you wonder why can't do the exact same thing, grrrr
