Tools for animators
Below are some ideas for tools that would make it easier and faster for an animator.
Onion Skin
, of course. It would be great to have
Advanced Onion Skin
in Blender. Like in the Rumba program. Their Onion Skin allows you to increase and decrease the distance between meshes. And also edit the pose directly from Onion Skin.
You can find the full video
here
Motion path editing.
The ability to change the motion path directly in the viewport. Like in Houdini.
Video is

Handles for editing Motion path.

about this.
Tangent Space Optimization of Controls for Character Animation. Flexible Spacing control without adding new keys. Good Disnay video about this.
There is an addon
Spacing Sculptor
. I would like this tool to be the default in Blender.
This gif shows how Spacing and Motion path is edited without adding new keys.
Tools like AnimAide addon.
This addon has some things that don't work correctly. For example, if you have animation and need to displace the animation in space. AnimAide allows you to do this (Anim Transform). But only if the curves are in Auto clamped mode. If you have edited curves before, then they are in Aligned mode or otherwise. Then Anim transform will not work correctly and spoil your curves.
Therefore, I would like to have full support for such tools from the Blender development team. To make everything work correctly.

Animation tools and fcurve need some love, yes.
I was made a similar proposal some time ago, maybe you want to take a look, and here is Blender implementation of "Tangent-Space Optimization for Interactive Animation Control" by Jack Cai : github.com/JiahuiCai/Blender_Interactive_Motion_Path
oh my.. those onion skin and motion path features <3
Images are broken
* @tyrzik * It's strange. The vk.com site may be blocked in your country. I tried uploading gifs to giphy.com , but the images are half the size. Does anyone else have pictures not loading?
* @mughik-91 * yes images are broken only last one can be seen lady and pirate or whatever.
* @Dhruvin Chikhaliya * Thank you. I replaced links to giphy.com . Should work for everyone.
