Change NLA default shortcuts for duplicate

Make default duplicate shortcuts for the NLA Editor consistent with the rest of Blender.

Currently, everywhere Shift-D is Duplicate and Alt-D is Duplicate Linked . And in NLA Editor it is the other way around: Shift-D is Duplicate Linked and Alt-D is Duplicate

I have some vague memories of this being by design since in the NLA you likely don't want to duplicate the underlying action.

But I see how this is confusing if you know what you are doing. Maybe we should just remove the ALT-D hotkey

Yes, I thought that it was done intentionally. But anyways it always getting in the way, even I always have this deference in mind, from time to time I'm getting carried away and end up with tons of duplicates. And if I need to adjust animation afterwards I have to go through all the duplicates.

So I decided to bring it up to see if other people also suffer from this difference. But, again, maybe many of them even do not know that this is the case.

In some cases you actually need to duplicate the animation itself instead just duplicating a strip. So just removing Alt-D will make things worse, better to leave it as is.

it would still be available in a menu. But it would be harder to do by accident
