Vertex Snapping of Instance collection
currently the collection instance dont support snapping of vertices, i can only snap to the created empty and this become very difficult to align/place the instance collection to particular place with vertex snap.

Could you elaborate on what, exactly, doesn't work? From what I see vertex snapping works fine.
* @Stanislav Blinov * i mean once i created instance collection, i want to move it to particular place, using one of its vertex as a base point. currently i cannot use vertex for base point instead the empty created is used as a base point.
Other object can be moved and snap to the vertices of this collection instance but when i want to move the collection instance, it is not possible to use vertex snap. You will find the problem if you play with collection instances and this is the part of your regular workflow. even the addon called "group pro" is not helpful in such situation. Actually snapping is a major role in architectural work and i find blender's snapping not that advanced. i use "CAD transform" addon but it is not helpful in this context.
* @mrajendra2150 * On the contrary, it's quite possible: blenderartists.org/t/vertex-snapping-while-using-grab-moving-a-linked-duplicate/1270528/3
...which is also described in the manual: docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/editors/3dview/controls/snapping.html
In addition to that, base point snapping is already in development: developer.blender.org/D7000
Anyway, that's built-in functionality that existed for years, that's documented, and that's pretty discoverable via UI, without "playing" with anything.
* @Stanislav Blinov * thanks for your help
* @Stanislav Blinov * Still the same issue drive.google.com/file/d/1qmsbnDWOzM6YfdISKf0VDCCUrzmDrEP2/view
* @mrajendra2150 * I can't tell what the problem is from a static image (i.e. what you expected to snap and to where). Maybe you could share a simplified example which doesn't work?
* @Stanislav Blinov * sorry i figure out that i forget to enable "centre" option in snap. but it is unnecessary very confusing
