CSV Import Node

I would die for a CSV Import node and when Devashish_Lal was working on GSoC 2024 I had put some thought into it.

I think it should be something like the image. The reason is that:

• generally we don't use very column of data
• we want to keep the memory footprint low
• preprocessing data is common
• making a optimized csv with only the data you need is a bad practise (e.g. my_data_ready_for_blender.csv )

For strings, I guess this should be somekind of 'pointers', but even a V1 version without strings would be great.
