When requesting a feature. Please do not reference other software. At the very least, try to pretend you are not ripping off a feature from AutoDesk. Blender is not in the business of copying other products. Nor do they want any copyright-infringement notices.
This is not meant to put you off from posting feature requests. This is just to inform you that this feature request may get scrapped simply because you referenced a feature from another software.
My suggestion is to delete this proposal and create a new one.
