Scroll wheel to zoom single axis at a time

Hello everyone! I feel it is quite a pain to manage the zoom in the graph editors, as when you use the scroll wheel, both axis get rescaled at the same time. I've seen many programs allowing you to rescale a single axis at a time by scrolling the wheel with the mouse hovering on the relative axis. I think this is an easy implementation and it can save people a bit of time. Hope this helps
