Data size visualization

This proposal is mostly for optimization purposes. Given that sometimes I find myself in the situation of having even more that a GB of .blend, even if the scene isn't particularly complex at first glance, wouldn't be useful having a visualization tool that shows the size of the different datablocks and their relationships inside the blend file, so to have a quick way to optimize for the size, having a direct way to find the biggest parts to change/delete at a glance, with an interface similar to the one of WinDirTree (windows) or Baobab (linux)

+1. A visual tool would be good to show the different data types and sizes.

Even adding some info as optional columns in the Outliner would be nice:

Verts, Total Size...

I'm sure other columns would be helpful, but not sure which take up space. I do have the Mesh Information addon that gives # of verts, edges, faces, (Under Scene) but doesn't give the whole story about actual space each object takes. I really don't care about the number of edges and faces...

This is a must!

WinDirStat is very helpful. Nice to see someone else with it.
