keep 1 version of the Autosave file
frequent electricity cuts are Very Normal at my place.. So Sometime when I want to recover my unsaved work & I go to Recover my blend file.. it turns out that Recovery file could not saved properly and its corrupted... So its my Request to blender Devs to make this feature too... please

This is a common request, and IMO it is of very high importance, since it prevents HUGE user headaches. Having to manually save constantly should not be an acceptable "workaround".
I have found power save Addon that's build to do this
This is why I've exclusively used laptops since 2004
