Edit UI Colors via Right Click Menu Option

It's a bit tricky to correlate what each UI customization option will change.

In most web inspectors, hovering on the definition will highlight the affected items in the UI. This would be nice, but I think just adding a contextual menu option that shows the customizable properties for the hovered 'element' would be a much faster and more direct way to build themes.

Example:

I want to change the background color of all drop down menus to stand out more. If I right-click on one of them, there would be a "UI Options" menu. Clicking that would pop up a small widget that shows what can be changed for that element plus the usual reset/save buttons. All shared properties are still shared.

I think this would just make the right-click menu a little messy, and it would still be difficult ot know what you are selecting IE: You right click a text box and click "Change color." Does this change the text color? The box color? The highlight color? etc.

I think a better and simpler solution would be to have a eyedropper type "picker," in the user preferences. You simple select the picker, and then click an element and it will jump to that location in user-pref

@Zach Hixson: This right-click option would pop-up a mini version of the UI Theme editor that we have in Preferences right now. It would just only include the UI properties that are relevant to what you right-clicked on (border, text, background color, etc). I might make a mock-up if I have time.
