RESTORE: Number hotkeys to isolate collection!

In previous Blenders you could press a number and it would isolate collections regardless of where your mouse was. In Blender 5 the number hotkeys only works when the cursor is hovering over the outliner!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change this back to the old way. I use this shortcut all the time to see before/after as I work !

Based on user feedback, most people pressed the number keys by accident than intending to. Or didn't use that many collections, or the other way around, were limited to using that many as the numbers can go up.

The reason it was added in 2.80 was to follow 2.79's 20 layer system. That doesn't translate well to a nested tree of collections. So it was decided move it to the Outliner, and leave the 3D Viewport keys so users can assign it to whatever they want.

You should be able to add it back manually using the Keymap Editor. The operator name is object.hide_collection , and is still called that way in Blender 5.
