Add Custom Property improvements for riggers

Hello, I do have some suggestions for Custom Properties field>

1. Changing Default value should affect existing value directly. Right now it's not working as it should, You have to do "reset to the default value"

2. There should be a duplicate tab option for the edited custom property.

3. There should be an option for rearranging all added properties. Right now we can rearrange properties.

4. There should be ENUM attribute in Edit Property Type field.
