Disablity Friendly & Autism User Interface

Hello, after your program was suggested for review. We tested the user interface of your 3D art creation software.

We @ The N.H.N Courts, & 1 earth court judge tested Sculpting, Avatar Creation, 3D Modeling, And many of your other creations' scene features. almost all of our judges with HF-ASD Tested the program.

We found over 300 programs similar and in some cases exactly the same dating from 2018-2021.

They all had better and more user-friendly intuitive interfaces In most cases the coding was exactly the same as your program.

There are many open-source programs you can actually use, update, and change the code, or interface silently to improve your user interface.

So, our suggestions are as follows:

Your coders take the time to look into these programs. And A Input devices add-in menu

for tablet drivers to be installed and recognized as input devices. 2. We are going to provide you with UI Examples. that are disability-friendly:

A) Elden Ring Character Creation is currently number 1 for friendly character UI Creation.

B) Character creator 3 suite is the most comprehensive and disability-friendly 3D creation suite. However, it's only for those who have money. The coding is exactly the same as yours, only the user interface differs. C) Daz studio is a free open source 3D Creation software, however it stopped its updates in 2018: so it's extremely buggy and a few of the apps made by them are not 100% user-friendly, about 75%.

D) Gimp Is A 2D/3D PNG art program: open source. however, it's quite primitive for material creation. But its user interfaces are the most HF-ASD, friendly interface on the planet as far as art programs go.

3: Quite Frankly, You are breaking many Nations Laws When it comes to disability usability and accessibility... and you have been doing so for quite a while. 2012- 2022 is quite a lot of years not having a disability-friendly interface that can be used by everyone, and based on your forums and suggestion box it seems like a lot of the N.H.N citizens have requested an easier to use interface.

Here is a fact; As of JULY 4th 2021, -People are labeled as disabled by licensed medical professionals. -The entire worlds' LBGTQ+ Community -Those over the age of 50

75% population; by modern means of; request, of 8 nations were in fact given Primary N.H.N Citizenship status, All rights included.

So All businesses, goods, products & service providers have to follow N.H.N law; when it is used by N.H.N Citizens regardless of their location in the world.

So legally speaking I only have to give you until version 4.0 to make this feature reality. But I'm going to be lenient and give you until 22/3/2023.

After that 1 year to figure out the coding; fail to do so. You forfeit your company and all your employees will answer to the person or company I assign to be in charge. Your Company lands will be forfeit to N.H.N.

Since I have officially taken over the handling of this case,

I make a request you delete the OFFICIAL Disability Advocates post.

They are quite passionate, however, their written words can get muddled when they are pissed off, especially if bosses aren't listening clearly to massive groups of requests for a change in how they do things. Our data shows a 90% public opinion about how difficult your program is actually used.

I have clarified what you have to do. However, I do have several emails, not taking into account primitive technology and coding. Stating you refuse to go from out of date to up to date in software coding and interfaces. You did put yourself between a rock and a hard place, by creating a monopoly on free 3D arts creation and arts programs.

While it may upset people to learn this, you don't have a legal leg to stand on pretty much in any nation of the world: Or, a choice in how you code and develop certain parts of your program, and provide services. That's just the world we live in.

You present an interesting case here N.H.N Judge Doc Superman Suvaka. Consider the following points

Blender, as it is neither a worldly object nor something required to be used by a large portion of the population, is not subject to any Earthly requirements for accessibility; you wouldn’t expect a racecar to be handicap accessible.
You aren’t judging Blender(or any of the software you have said was reviewed) for its intended usage.
While you have stated there are many programs that our Coders could look into, you have failed to supply that information.
You have failed to establish who the alleged parties enacting this motion are, namely the N.H.N. and the N.H.N. courts.
While you have stated that Blender is not Handicap accessible, you have not supplied any data to support that claim directly, and you have not named the alleged individuals that you said “tested the program”.
Your deadline of “Version 4.0” is non-enforcible; once it gets to 3.9 you can just go to 3.10
You are Citing N.H.N law but fail to identify which sections or laws are being broken, nor have you supplied any links to or articles of N.H.N law
you should give blender another chance. You just reviewed 300 programs in a row. Blender takes more time than that. Get to know it and you might just like it.

This is a feature request/suggestion forum. The only actual feature request you state is the ability to install graphics tablet drivers. Graphics tablets are already recognized if they are correctly set up. You should NOT be installing drivers from random 3rd party apps. This is a great way to, best case, get a severely outdated driver, or worst case, get a virus. Even if we "trust" Blender. It's not Blender's job to install your drivers for you. Go to your tablet's vendor's website and download the driver from there, and install it yourself . Furthermore, your device's manual should also explicitly tell you to do that, and explain how to set it up.

Besides this, you make vague complaints and give even vaguer examples. If you think some part of the Blender UI is bad, and should be improved, then say what is bad about it and how it should be fixed.

What does Elden ring have to do with this? What does a character creator have to do with usability? Blender already has tabs and sliders, like Elden ring's character creator. If you want official Blender assets, like Daz, there's the Blender Studio: studio.blender.org/welcome/ If you want a character creator, say so. Though, that is more likely to happen via an addon. In fact, MakeHuman already has a program and an addon just for this purpose. (Though I don't know how up-to-date it is...)

Unlike your vague mentioning of GIMP as somehow being better, I'm going to mention some EXACT reasons why GIMP has worse UX/UI than Blender: It suffers from having tons of key operators like image/canvas resizing inside of massive, plentiful, multi-layer dropdown menus, offering no option to search; Its toolbar lacks names for the tools, so you can't tell what tool is what if you haven't memorized the tiny icons, and need to hover over each one; It puts the tools in a very tiny, cramped box, yet simultaneously uses tool groups, leaving people to think that it only has 10 or so tools, and its tool groups are poorly communicated. It lacks any sort of neat pie menu for adjusting tool properties in-place, and has an almost completely black-and-white UI.

If you're autistic and had trouble learning Blender, instead of daydreaming about fake organizations, fake people, and making fictitious threats, go watch tutorials, like the great Blender Guru beginner donut tutorial series , meant precisely for beginners. 3D modeling is one of the harder things to get into, and you will need to put in effort, regardless of whether you're autistic or not.
