Per-renderer Color Management

Currently, color management settings are universal, instead of being tied to render engines.

I (and I believe most people) would like to have Standard Color Management for NPR rendering in Eevee, and AgX Color Management in Cycles for more realistic renders.

It would be nice if the color management is remembered separately in each render engine.

EEVEE is not only for NPR, as well Cycles is not only for realistic renders. The rare case here is switching between NPR and photorealistic within a single project.

I know, but I don't think it would be difficult to give each renderer its own settings and I don't see the downside.

The Render Properties shelf is a bit messy because some settings are available for each renderer, but they change from one to another, while others are universal - without any indication of which is which.
