ctrl+v file location in the blender "open" dialog by ctrl+c file in the explorer
Hello! There is a 1 little function in 3ds Max that speed up my workflow a bit, and so I think it should be in blender.
The point is:
- I select my file in the (windows) explorer
- ctrl+c this file (represent "copy" in explorer)
- and ctrl+v it to the blender's "open" dialog(represent "paste" in explorer)
The result should be a full filepath pasted to the blender dialog(like in 3ds Max) And so then I hit "Enter" and my file opened.
By now blender has directory copy\paste, but file copy\paste need less action for user to do. So you just ctrl+c file - ctrl+v to blender dialog - "Enter"
Idealy, this should work at all of dialogs that represent file selection in blender (Open\Save\Import\Export)
And I also think, blender's dialog need to replace two lines(path and file) in this dialogs with one(path + file) so it more handy
