Collapse Incomplete Proposals
There are quite a few proposals that get posted here that end up being tagged as incomplete. However, despite not being particularly clear in what they're proposing, they still get the same visibility as much more thought-out and clear proposals.
Proposals that have been marked with a status of Incomplete should be collapsed, like proposals that've been marked Archived.

Yeah I'm for that. If a proposal is being worked on, there's really no reason for it to be expanded.
* @Logan Preshaw * In fairness, most of the ones marked as Incomplete are because I changed the Status after reading them.
* @Jason van Gumster * Ah okay. I've just realized Incomplete means the proposal needs work before being Open, as opposed to In Development from a developer or contributor.
Makes sense. Would definitely prefer those that put the appropriate effort in to be considered over others.
after a time maybe like 2 days. and if less that many 10 likes. if not this too subjective and the person has not the time to do correction needed
