Transform Option: Affect Only ... Transform by values
While using Transform Options, selecting Origin I can easily move an Origin by hitting G (for moving). But if I adjust the Values in the Object Properties it seems not to affect the Origins.
I am not sure why this isn't the case right now, it almost seems a bug.
(This is also not working for the Parents-option)

So it turns out it's not a bug but how it's intended. Because it's meant to only affect during transform. But I do agree that it should work this way.
If it looks like a bug and it was reported as a bug, maybe it's time to fix this bug.
Even when Transform "Affect Only" = Parents is enabled it doesn't respect it when you enter number directly in loc, rot, scale field:
