Commotion addon
Please add this gorgeous addon to Blender. It is used to stack animation keyframes based on various parameters.
Addon maintained since 2014.

AFAIK Only the addon author can ask to get its addon shipped in Blender, and must one of the conditions for that is committing for long term support or at least find someone who does.
