How would you populate this menu? Is it based on object type? What if you have multiple types of objects selected?

@Jason van Gumster:
you populate it like you do already with the favorite menu , butthe better is more like a place in the user pref to edit custom pie and favorite menu , with branched path to see each options attribution between every editor / mode / type of selection more clearly.
depending with you selecting: nothing ( ! ) , an object , a node , a bone , a light , a camera , a face, a vertex , a spline ... like a context menu
if multiples types of objects selected , then unit only the options they have in common ?
i talked this idea with pablo in the stream tonight , it seamed like he was mind blowned. and he said it was easely implemented , i say why not ?
favorite menu will surely become a right click menu replacer by a lot of users , i think making it contextual and giving to it a lot of options is a big +
by the way , if youre the real Jason van gumster i really appreciate your work ^^
