Improvements to View Selected/All for Sculpt and Paint Modes.

I have noticed that View Selected/All works well in Object,Edit and Pose Modes but not well in Sculpt and paint modes, if you View All then Selected it doesn't zoom close it stays on the same level would be nice if it gets improved and actually zooms & frame the selected object. the Issue
