New Collection in Outliner > Active/Naming state after creation

Press C in Outliner creates new Collection and if you want to rename the collection:

  1. Move mouse on top of the collection
  2. Double click the name or press F2
  3. Name the collection as you wish
  4. Press enter

The collection's name field should be in edit state after creation, no extra steps needed:

  1. Name the collection as you wish
  2. Press enter

I also think it would be nice if the collection was made active after being created.

i think the same could be done for the shortcut "M", the name field should be in focus just like when you hit F2.
