[2.8] Suggestion : more in the Outliner/Collections : world, settings

Hello !

My suggestion is to add in the outliner an object "world display" (name can change). Its purpose will be to have multiple world setups and be able to switch between them using collections, along with their lights, and objects. Maybe it could work to add some other settings, as LUTs, simplify settings, particle systems settings, etc, to a certain extent.

Why : to be able to switch quickly from an hdri map to another, or from night to day setups, to have backups of settings, etc.

Any improvement on the idea is welcome !

Ps : another option for a better use, a collection type "switch", where you have multiple collections, but can only have one "active", viewable and renderable at once, added to the more standard collection.
