Dyntopo saved per brush

Dyntopo should have a way to set and retain it's state per custom brush tool, which is of course now located in the lower shelf (since version 4.3).

Also the warning popup [Warning~ Attribute Data detected] (when turning Dyntopo ON) should include a "Do Not show this warning again" checkbox.

Further it lacks a custom way to toggle it in python code plugins etc.

I would use this primarily with the Pinch or Crease Brush, that's when I typically turn OFF Dyntopo and then turn it back on for most of the other Sculpting Brushes.

I mean if there is no Color Data or UVs or attributes do you really need to pop up the warning? no, probably not.

Note: I am sure there is probably a way to add geometry and also add (averaged) vertex color data, if not one day massage UVs and other attribute mapping data etc. intelligently without causing too much chaos.
