Modifier stack: pin to first

I know there's been a similar post 6 months ago, but I thought I should recall this idea (which seems pretty straight-forward?) with images. I think the main reason some ask for this feature is because some addons can sometimes automatically re-order the modifier stack, yet there are modifiers which are commonly placed at the top of the list (Mirror modifier being one of them, especially with the Subdivision modifier).
