Add option to add "Sequencer composition" not only "Scene" in Sequencer

Right now user have option: Add > Scene

But on Scene.001 user can work in Sequencer where have "composition" builded from many cameras, or combined with video. Then when working on Scene.002 user not have option to combine Scene.001 from Sequencer in Scene.002, but just add Scene..

It's related with this issue: projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/123275

I think that Sequencer should have something like "Instances" for channels, as separated.. like "Collection" (combobox to on/off) to isolate parts, manipulate sequential this parts as levels/collections, etc.
