Proposal CTRL-SHIFT Click Tabs of the Properties Panel to Open All Sub-Items

In-line with the cool new CTRL mouse wheel in the properties panel tabs, would be great to CTRL-SHIFT click the tabs in order to simultaneously open up all sub-items, in order to reduce the number of clicks to get into the property sub-items.

This is the same philosophy as opening entire trees of collections, very nice.
