Splited workspace with own scenes and layers?
It is possible now to have on Splited workspace with own scenes and layers? If not want suggest this type.
Feature come from problems of discuss and tests of addon Working with external files as components

- addon creating 2 scenes named Scene, Library
- tab shortcut moving view from Scene to Library to edit group, next tab key on object editing mode
- difficulties coming in case of swithing betwen scenes, spliting and tab on Scene reacting on all scenes parallel not as separated Scene and viewport
- the separated Scenes and Layers can be seted in "Options" for workspace

Good if You can understand, due other topic. Then maybe You can explain for many simple :p
* @ManBlender * People who can't spell and don't write enough information to clearly explain their idea are more often not understood. I still think it could be a good idea to post in both english and your native language. Whatever we don't understand in your english parts might make sense if we put your native language parts into Google Translate.
* @thinsoldier * I put mockup and I think the words for this as "want this" should be enough. I agree, that I often writng fast and to much intuition in english far from gramar, anyway around product managment it's no problem as product owner, we trying often do one line title without description for small things like this. HVR whole managment around blender looks poor.. as open source often. Anyway it's the best OS app (excluding systems like Linux, etc.).
