Grease Pencil Breakdown Reassigning
First off I'd like to say I'm a huge fan of Blender's grease pencil updates. Being a lone animator, interpolation of this functionality is a godsend. I've used programs like Cacani and OpenToonz in the past, and am already impressed with how Blender's grease pencil competes. That said, I do have a few thoughts on the topic.
-The first one feels more like a bug than a proposal - When updating breakdown frames after using the stroke selection function, the lines do not permanently reassign themselves. Rather, they duplicate during the breakdowns - one set correct and the other set flying through the image. (see thumbnail) If at all possible, a better alternative would be to manually assign each stroke to its counterpart, then have it retain that selection even through updates, unless manually changed. That way we could interpolate parts of the drawing at a time without having to select 50 strokes in order.
-I also have some thoughts regarding layer switching. While I know of no animatable function for direct layer switching, I've gotten by with a 'switchboard' technique through the dope sheet, by copying and pasting the keyframes themselves from one layer to another. This gets by any functional issues and has worked well for me. The only thing I could potentially ask for is a way to label keyframes to make organizing them easier. This suggestion is far more ease than function, and honestly it's not as important as my first note.
Thank you for your time!

I would also like a way to mark keyframes (beyond the 5 keyframe types), preferrably on the TL like Animate. For me it would help with lipsync

I'm not currently that familiar with the grease pencil, but if you've found a legitimate bug instead of a suggestion, would you submit it on devtalk.blender.org? It's more likely to get the appropriate attention there.
