GP - Draw - add 2 directions as Left and Right when draw ARC

Currently when drawing Arc

• from up side to down the arc is on Right
• from down side to up the arc is on Left

Want

• from up side to down the arc is on Left with control or shift
• from down side to up the arc is on left with control or shift

This can offer saving time without modifing the side of ARC.
