Preview icon pose lib
Why when the preview of a pose is created, it only assumes the object's shading and does not make the icon based on the shading mode that the viewport has at that moment ( texture, random, single...)

Yeah imo all created assets should use current viewport settings instead of default viewport settings.
Weirdly enough if you have some poses made in older blender and import them into new pose asset system then they will have correct previews (with custom background colors, cavity, textures if color type is set to that, etc).
Well actually always work. To create that icon in pose library blender uses workbench motor so is only go there and change it to texture and thats all
