Send to bottom/ top of the list & walk select (e.g. for Grease Pencil layers)
There are many data lists in Blender, ranging from Grease Pencil layers, to Vertex groups, to Modifiers (when using the modifier list addon) and materials.
In these types of lists, there are no operators to move the selected item to the front or bottom of the list. Nor can the hotkeys for walk select (tap an arrow key to go to the previous/ next/ first/ last item be changed).
Please add support for them. For Grease Pencil, this is particularly important, because you often work with multiple layers to organise your work. Without these features, you will have to click the button to move a layer to the top up to 8 or 12 times depending on the scene's complexity, whereas this could have been solved with a single button press.

we should rather get normal drag and drop and get rid of the buttons tbh
Yes, but it's not like implementing one cancels out the other. They should both be there. For instance, I don't use drag and drop if I quickly want to change the position of my active layer and move it up/ down.
