Preset based addon loading

Having a lot of add-ons enabled in blender, slowdown blender startup. My idea is to have the addons load on demand based on presets made by the user. example1.jpg

That's what workspaces are for. On each workspace you can change the enabled addons list in the viewport → sidebar → Tool tab → Workspace panel → Filter Addons:

I can see why you might want the presets.. I want them too! It is true that we can filter presets with workspaces, but also that we might only want some to be active because of memory and load times.. or because we might want to test the project for a computer that has not certain addons or if working in a group blend file and we want to keep syncronized the addons, maybe they don't have some we have active for any reason!

Best solution I have now is to create multiple directories in the $HOME/.config/blender/<version>/scripts/ where each of them has a preset of addons.. when we want a certain group to be active, we can simply swap the names to addons

i.e. of scripts directory: addons , addons-default , addons-projectA

and i.e. of profile change to projectA: addons , addons-default , addons-bak

Important (if we want to save space) is to always symlink them or if we use BTRFS, to use the --reflink=auto during copy (default on recent versions). Not sure about other OS.

Add-ons that are not present are loaded as "missing".

This is more of an hack, so yes... I would pretty much like an integrated function like this! Might even be an add-on!
