Add "Snap Target: Face Center".
Hello.
Please add another option, “Snap Target: Face Center.”
A lot of time is wasted during modeling because this option is missing.
Thank you.

It's on the "To Do" list...... 👇
Are there any chances of seeing this option in the 5.0 release or in the near future?
Highly unlikely... The developer who was working on this is not available at the moment..
Too bad. Where can I find people who are interested in finishing the work on this feature?
This can be changed to done now. It's coming in blender 5.1 :) projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/148297
I often need this option. Currently, the best thing I've figured out is to snap the 3D cursor to a face, ensuring it has rotations aligned, and then snapping the selection to it. Too many clicks for a simple operation.
The base snap introduced in 4.0 is almost perfect, but it doesn't recognize face centers.
Hopefully, it can be implemented soon, a very needed vanilla feature.
I suggest we join forces and work together to get this feature finished.
I really need this option and I'm looking forward to it!
