Give shapekey names more space

The name of a shapekey takes up about as much space as its value.

However, the value will reasonably only ever stay in the range [0,1]. Since the value is always displayed with 3 decimal places, we usually have the same amount of characters for the value at all times. This means that the value will always take up the same amount of space on screen.

The name, however, can be quite a bit longer than the value, and thus should get priority treatment. You can see in the attached screenshots how long names are truncated. Long Shapekey names 2.png

You can also see how much the region needs to be scaled up to fully see the entire name. And at that point there is tons of wasted space for the value. Long Shapekey names 3.png
