(Default Theme) Muting Render Layer Node not visible

While it was difficult to tell in 2.78 when a render layer was muted, it has become impossible to tell in 2.8 with the default red label and can lead to accidental render problems. It would also be nice to also have a mute checkbox in the N panel.
