VSE: Hear only the audio of the strip when hovering over it

The title describes it well: listen to only the audio of the strip when hovering over it.

• use cases:

When syncing clips with the same audio, for example from a concert sync to a master. Currently you should be deactivating the audio strips that you do not want to hear.

• functionality:

The same that happens with the image strips. To easily listen to and locate the audio, hovering over the audio strip deactivates the sound of the other audio strips.
