Lattice snap to symmetry

It's kinda annoying that there's no symmetry option or "snap to symmetry" operator for lattices. I can use a mesh with deform but it's harder to animate. The number of points are symmetrical so it shouldn't be hard to implement. I'd try making a PR but I'm not that familliar with the Blender codebase yet.

I also have had frustration regarding Rigging with Lattice Object Editing, when it comes to the absence of Symmetry Options/features. I was making an Eyes Rig and wanted Symmetric Lattice stuff; I eventually found workarounds to that issue, but... it would certainly be much, much easier, if the Lattice 'Points' could just behave as Mesh Vertices regarding Symmetrization.

Imagine we have a Lattice Object on Edit Mode with, say, about 18 'Points', or even more, then having to to pick each wanna-be-Symmetric Lattice Points on one Side, that would mean 9, or half of the total, 'Points', and having to manually set, for EACH ONE of them, Copy-Paste the original Side's Local Coordinates ONE BY ONE of the three Global Coordinates Location XYZ values, because the 'Points' currently won't Automate Symmmetrically; so we have to make 'Manual Symmetrization'. And if anytime needing some retakes, might gotta do that 'Manual Symmetrization' pass all over again for that opposite Side which doesn't Automate.
