Small UI Suggestion: Give wider right side margin to the shortcuts window
Sometimes when user tries to scroll down the infinite page of shortcuts in blender, an accident is bound to happen and accidentally misclick and DELETE a shortcut.
This can be easily fixed by giving a wider right side margin for the scrollbar so that precious shortcuts aren't deleted by an accidental scroll bar misclick

Nice catch. Indeed this can lead to accidental clicks.
The entire keymap editor needs an overhaul, but that will take time, so I made a small band-aid PR to fix this: projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/130349
Alright the fix is in! It will be part of Blender 4.4. And perhaps if there's a 4.3.1 fix release it might make it there too.
