Switch collection

To organize work in the outliner, we have a collection system. I would like a "switch" collection system. A specific "collection" where only ONE sub-collection can be active at a time. The equivalent of switches in VRED. I know the viewlayer but it's very usefull to allow only 1 ON, others OFF automatically.
