"Compositor Node Tree" and "Render settings" files to the .blend

Adding new type of files for Compositor Node Tree - to make linking between scenes easier when I want to use the same Compositor Node Tree in a different file. In the header of the Compositor, you could then select what Compositor Node Tree you want to select for the Scene.

Same could be very useful for Render settings.
