A.I. Upscaling render/compo

Hello, We use a lot of auto compositing that allows us to test our shots. During this "always rendering" process allows us to preview the film with 80% of render and compositing features.

In order to optimise the calculations, we would like to bring down the resolution to like 520p, then upscale it to 1080p or more (like topaz AI for ex). With recent advances in the OptiX, i think that this would not be hard to implement.
