expansion of nurbs curve modeling tools
add the basics to the nurbs in blender like extrude, bevel, fill and scale and booleans with a mesh to nurbs feature too.
adding these features will make blender nurbs modeling way better and will enable blender to be used as a cad program too( if you don't know nurbs are used in cad) .nurbs modeling can enable high quality models with lower resolution

If Blender would improve on the surface modeling aspect, it would replace autodesk and dassault systems from Car industry completely... It's the last step missing. Hopefully we see more develoment towards this direction.

I would love to see a expansion of blender curves modeling which will enable better sci fi product and vehicle design and will lead to expansion in other areas that will benefit blender
